🔁 Eligibility for Return & Exchange
We offer exchange services for eligible items. Due to the delicate nature of fashion apparel and hygiene concerns, we do not offer returns for refunds, but we gladly offer exchanges under the following conditions:
✅ The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
✅ Original tags and packaging must be intact
✅ Exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order
✅ Proof of purchase (Order number or invoice) is required

❌ Custom-stitched or tailored orders
❌ Sale or discounted items
❌ Items damaged by the customer
❌ Accessories, innerwear, or undergarments
🔄 How to Request an Exchange

Share a clear photo of the product (if received damaged, wrong item, or defected).

Once approved, you’ll be guided to ship the item back to our address.

After inspection, we’ll process the exchange and dispatch the replacement.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the error was on our part (e.g., incorrect or faulty item).

Once we receive and inspect your return, processing may take 3–5 business days.

The replacement item will be dispatched after approval, and delivery may take another 3–7 working days depending on your location.
